Exhausted is an understatement for what we had been through this past holy week. Nap became my friend. This was the one of the rare moments where time in the province was not spent on clock-watching.

When we touch based at Caditaan, Magallanes, Sorsogon at 10AM, we rested for a few hours before heading to our first stop. At around 4:30pm, we watched the sunset at pampang (seashore) and had our feet feel the margaha (magnesite) from nearby volcanoes.

After attending an Easter Sunday morning service, we spent an hour on a boat to parola (lighthouse). This is what they call a nearby island where tourists scuba dive, collect sea shells and hike up to an old lighthouse. I had a cut on my knee as a souvenir from the rocks with embedded clamshells. We played Uno using playing cards as taught by Marina Salonga and Keith Barefoot after dinner. Eddie treated us to a few acoustic songs to cap the night.

Our next adventure was with the butandings (whale sharks) at Donsol. We had another long drive on the way to dive with these sea giants. Mt. Bulusan at Irosin wasn't that friendly during that day since it lightly covered our van with its volcanic ashes and erupted a few times. It was again a long drive back but the hot springs of San Benon surely relaxed our minds and bodies.
